How to Join Our Team
Join our team; we are always looking for new prospective lenders and/or investors who wish to be involved with good projects. Having a financial background, we understand the requirements, needed to get a project funded.
Prospective Lenders:
We deal with legitimate lending institutions, we advice our clients against any up front fees or hard money brokers. We are always willing to work with fair and honest lenders, who desire good projects to place their funds into. Before we submit a project we do the due diligence on it and make sure it will fit lending guide lines for most national and international lending institutions. We are deal makers and will work with you to close the transaction in a prompt and professional manner.
Prospective Investors:
We offer you the opportunity to receive excellent equity participation in some of the best projects available. It is our goal to seek the highest rate of return in your investment and place you in a secure position. At the same time we stay away from people who wish to totally take over projects and not to be a part of a cohesive team. Our projects can range from start up construction developments to existing structures that need refinancing or expansion. Some of our projects already have letters of intent from international hotel companies or in place management contracts. In all cases we make sure that the investor is presented with complete disclosure of each project. We have small to large projects of every type to suit your
investment needs.
Brokers:
We can work with brokers as a participant in the fee structure, but we contract only with principals directly. If a project broker wishes to work with us, we do it only on a case by case basis. |
